How do I apply?

What if my role isn't listed?
Send your resume anyway. We're always interested in hearing from senior implementation consultants (D365, AutoCount, Arcstone), AI / ML engineers, and operations leads with manufacturing background. The three roles below are formally open; other hires happen as the right person appears.
What's the interview process?
Three rounds. (1) 30-minute screening call — fit, expectations, basic questions. (2) Technical / case interview — for consultants, a real implementation scenario; for developers, a coding challenge or portfolio review. (3) Final conversation with a Daxonet principal — values, culture, mutual evaluation. Total elapsed time: 2-4 weeks for most roles.
Are roles in Petaling Jaya or Johor Bahru?
Most roles are based in Petaling Jaya (head office, Damansara Utama). Some senior roles offer Johor Bahru as primary location. Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) is standard for most roles after the 6-month onboarding period.
Do you offer fresh-graduate roles?
Yes — though we typically hire fresh graduates against junior consultant tracks rather than the senior roles listed below. If you're a fresh graduate with strong technical depth (CS / SE degree, proven internships, relevant projects), send your resume — we'll evaluate fit against current and upcoming junior roles.
What does Daxonet look for in candidates?
Three things, in this order: (1) craft — technical depth and implementation discipline, demonstrated through past work; (2) integrity — saying what you'll do and doing what you said; (3) operational empathy — understanding why your customer's CFO is upset, why the production line has fallen behind, why the auditor cares.
