What does a Daxonet quote actually contain?
Phased pricing broken out by: labour (Daxonet implementation team hours by phase), software licenses (D365 / AutoCount / Arcstone / AI Frontier — separately listed), third-party integrations (payment gateways, e-Invoice, IIoT gateways), change management and training, and post-go-live managed services. Plus a phased delivery plan with milestones, acceptance criteria, and a fixed not-to-exceed price for each phase. Most quotes are 8-15 pages.
How accurate is the fixed fee?
After a one-day site walk-through, we hit ±5% on most engagements. Without the walk-through (just the call), accuracy drops to ±15%. Surprise change orders are extremely rare because the walk-through surfaces hidden requirements early. When scope genuinely changes (you decide to add a new module mid-project), we issue a CR with separate pricing — never an unannounced bill.
What's the typical engagement size?
Multi-year managed services: separate annual contract.
Do you charge for the proposal?
The 30-minute call is free. The proposal itself (after the walk-through) is always free.
What if I just want a demo?
We do focused demos on request. 60 minutes online (Microsoft Teams) or 90 minutes in-office. Recorded demos provided afterwards if you want to share with your team.
Can the proposal be tendered against other vendors?
Yes — and we expect it. Daxonet quotes are designed to be comparable: itemised pricing, clear scope, defensible methodology.
