Training Built Around How Your Team Actually Works.

Generic system tours don't change behaviour. Daxonet's End-User & Admin Training is built around your actual processes — your forms, your reports, your customisations. Three tracks (end-user, super-user, admin), trilingual delivery (EN / 简体中文 / BM), with prompt libraries and quick-reference cards your team keeps using long after training week.

Daxonet's End-User & Admin Training service delivers role-based learning across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, AutoCount, Power Platform, and Copilot for Malaysian enterprises. Three tracks: End-User (1-2 days, role-specific), Super-User (3-5 days, cross-functional with peer-coaching skills), Admin (5-10 days, configuration and governance). Delivery formats include in-person, virtual, recorded micro-courses, and integrated quick-reference cards. Trilingual: English, 简体中文, Bahasa Melayu.

Three Tracks

Three audiences, three curricula. No "one-day overview for everyone".

The biggest mistake in enterprise training is treating end-users, super-users, and admins as one audience. Each has different jobs, different cognitive demands, and different time budgets. Daxonet runs them separately.

End-User Track

1-2 days · Role-specific

For the people who use the system to do their job. Workflow-led, hands-on, role-specific. AP clerks learn AP; salespeople learn Sales.

  • Day-in-the-life walkthrough
  • Hands-on exercises with your data
  • Quick-reference card per workflow
  • 5-question competency check

Super-User Track

3-5 days · Cross-functional

For the people who help colleagues figure things out. Cross-functional view plus peer-coaching skills, triage, and escalation discipline.

  • End-to-end process knowledge
  • Peer-coaching workshop
  • Triage and escalation playbook
  • Super-user community kickoff

Admin Track

5-10 days · Configuration & Governance

For the people who keep the system running. Configuration, security, integration management, governance, monitoring. Hands-on labs in a sandbox.

  • Configuration deep-dive
  • Security & role design
  • Integration troubleshooting
  • Sandbox certification project

FAQ

What do clients ask before commissioning this service?

What's the difference between end-user, super-user, and admin training?
End-user training (1-2 days) covers the workflows a specific role uses — the AP clerk learns AP, the salesperson learns Sales, the warehouse picker learns Warehouse. Super-user training (3-5 days) covers a broader cross-functional view plus peer-coaching skills (how to help a colleague, how to triage a question, when to escalate). Admin training (5-10 days) covers configuration, security, integration management, governance, and platform monitoring — the people who keep the system running. Different audiences, different content, different formats.
Is the training generic or based on our actual setup?
Built around your actual setup. We use your forms, your reports, your customisations, your sample data, your business processes. Generic training (the kind Microsoft delivers in instructor-led courses) teaches a system; Daxonet's training teaches YOUR system. The difference shows up in retention — six weeks post-training, your team is still using what they learned, not asking 'what was that menu called?'.
Which platforms do you train on?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (all modules), Business Central, AutoCount, Arcstone MES, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot for Finance / Sales / Service. We also offer combined-platform training (e.g., 'Order-to-Cash across D365 Sales + D365 Finance + Power BI dashboards') for cross-functional teams. We do not train on platforms we don't implement — competence requires depth.
Do you provide ongoing training or just at go-live?
Both. Most engagements include a go-live training sprint (2-4 weeks of intensive sessions before launch). Many clients then continue with a Quarterly Refresh package — a 1-day refresh per quarter to cover platform updates, new features, common questions, and onboarding for new joiners. Quarterly Refresh is bundled with Gold and Platinum Application Support tiers.
What about Microsoft Copilot training?
Copilot training is a distinct offering with its own structure: prompt-design fundamentals, role-specific prompt libraries, ethical and security guardrails, hands-on practice with real work tasks. We deliver Copilot training as a 1-day intensive plus a 4-week 'practice cohort' — small groups meet weekly to share prompts, troubleshoot, and refine. The practice cohort is what produces actual behaviour change; the 1-day class is what produces the awareness baseline.
Do you deliver in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu?
Yes. Trilingual delivery is a core part of the service. End-user training is most commonly requested in 简体中文 (especially for Chinese-Malaysian SME owners and shop-floor teams) or Bahasa Melayu (for warehouse and operations teams). Admin training is usually English. Mixed groups get a primary language plus translated quick-reference cards. Trainers are Daxonet staff — not subcontracted translators.
What materials do attendees keep?
Quick-reference cards (1-page per major workflow, laminated where requested), short video micro-courses (3-5 minutes per task, recorded with your branding), prompt libraries (for Copilot training), exercise workbooks, and access to a training portal hosting all of the above. The materials outlast the trainer; that's the design intent.
Can training be delivered virtually?
Yes — and many clients prefer it. Virtual delivery via Microsoft Teams works well for end-user training (1-2 days, with screen-sharing and break-out rooms). Super-user and admin training can also run virtually but tend to benefit from at-least-one in-person day for the human dynamics. We deliver hybrid — some in-person, some virtual — to fit multi-site organisations. Recorded virtual sessions become reusable assets for new joiners.
How is training measured?
Attendance + post-training competency check (5-question quiz at the end of each session) + 30-day usage telemetry from the platform itself (active days, feature uptake, support ticket density). Telemetry is the honest measure — quiz scores look good, behaviour data tells you whether the training stuck. We share telemetry in the quarterly business review.
