How is AutoCount Cloud Accounting different from AutoCount Accounting 2.0 on-premise?
AutoCount Cloud Accounting runs in the browser on a monthly subscription and is best for multi-branch SMEs sharing books in real time, mobile finance staff, or businesses without on-site IT support. AutoCount Accounting 2.0 runs on your local PC with a one-time licence and is best when you want full data control, work fully offline, or have unreliable internet. Cloud is monthly, on-prem is one-time. Cloud is multi-branch live, on-prem is single-shop with optional batch sync. Daxonet implements both honestly.
Is AutoCount Cloud Accounting LHDN MyInvois e-Invoice ready?
Yes. AutoCount Cloud Accounting submits to LHDN MyInvois directly through the cloud tenant. Standard, credit, debit, self-billed and consolidated e-Invoice flows are configured during setup. UIN tracking, validation handling and rejection management are built in. As of 2026 Phase 4 is live for all Malaysian businesses, so this is no longer optional. Daxonet handles the full setup including TIN registration and sandbox testing.
Can multiple users work on AutoCount Cloud Accounting at the same time?
Yes. Concurrent multi-user access is one of the main reasons SMEs pick the cloud edition over on-premise. The boss, the bookkeeper, the accountant and an external auditor can all access the same live ledger at the same time, each with role-based permissions. Daxonet sets up role templates during onboarding so permissions match your operations from Day 1.
Can Daxonet migrate us from on-premise AutoCount, legacy accounting software or Excel?
Yes. Daxonet runs migrations from on-premise AutoCount Accounting 2.0, legacy accounting software, manual Excel books and other accounting systems as a structured tenant migration. Chart of accounts, customers, vendors, items, opening balances and historical transactions are imported into your AutoCount Cloud tenant with reconciliation back to the source before go-live. Migration timeline is typically 2 to 4 weeks for a single-entity SME.
How long does an AutoCount Cloud Accounting implementation take?
For a typical Malaysian SME on AutoCount Cloud Accounting plus the MyInvois e-Invoice setup, full implementation runs 2 to 4 weeks. Tenant provisioning takes 1 to 2 days. Data migration and configuration takes 1 to 2 weeks. User access and role setup takes 2 to 3 days. Training takes 2 to 3 days. Adding HRMS, OneSales or OneRewards on the same tenant afterwards adds about one week each.
What support does Daxonet provide after go-live?

What if our internet goes down at the shop?
AutoCount Cloud Accounting requires internet for live access, similar to other cloud SaaS platforms. For most Malaysian SMEs in urban and suburban areas this is rarely an issue with fibre or mobile internet. For shops in areas with unreliable connectivity, Daxonet typically recommends AutoCount On-Premise instead, which works fully offline. If your business has both situations across branches, Daxonet implements a hybrid setup where some outlets run cloud and some run on-prem, with periodic data sync.
